1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Suluk services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. You must be at least 16 years old to use Suluk.

2. Service Description

Suluk provides IoT-enabled water purification devices on a subscription basis. Our service includes:

Water purification device (loaned, not sold)
Real-time water quality monitoring via mobile app
Automatic filter replacement scheduling
24/7 device monitoring and alerts
Technical support and maintenance

3. Subscription & Billing

Monthly subscription fees are charged automatically
Devices remain property of Suluk throughout the subscription
7-day grace period for failed payments before service suspension
You may change your preferred billing date once per year
Pro-rated charges apply when changing billing dates

4. Device Ownership & Data

All devices remain the property of Suluk
Sensor data collected by devices is owned by Suluk
You grant Suluk the right to use anonymized sensor data for service improvement and research
Upon subscription termination, devices must be returned within 14 days

5. Installation & Maintenance

Professional installation is included with subscription
You must provide reasonable access for installation and maintenance
Unauthorized modifications void warranty and may result in liability
Suluk is not responsible for pre-existing plumbing issues

6. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate account information
Maintain valid payment method
Report device malfunctions promptly
Do not attempt to repair, modify, or tamper with devices
Allow scheduled maintenance access

7. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel anytime with 30 days notice
Upon cancellation, return device within 14 days
Outstanding balances must be paid before account closure
Suluk may terminate for non-payment after 30 days overdue
Account deletion requests processed within 7 days (grace period for reconsideration)

8. Limitation of Liability

Suluk is not liable for water quality issues beyond device specifications
Maximum liability limited to 12 months of subscription fees
Suluk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Force majeure events excuse performance obligations

9. Warranty

Devices warranted against manufacturing defects during subscription
Warranty void if device is tampered with, misused, or damaged by user
Warranty does not cover consumables (filters) beyond scheduled replacements

10. Intellectual Property

Suluk app, branding, and technology are protected by intellectual property laws
You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our software
User-generated content (support tickets, feedback) may be used to improve services

11. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: Republic of Turkey
Jurisdiction: Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices
Consumer disputes may be referred to Consumer Arbitration Committees

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
